At Bigfoot, employees are eligible to participate in our Group RRSP Program following six months of continuous employment. Once you have reached this milestone, you will receive a detailed booklet and an investor strategy worksheet to help determine where to invest your contributions.

How it works:

  • The employer and employees contribute to the plan on a regular bi-weekly process.
  • All contributions are tax deductible and any investment earnings grow tax-deferred
  • Contribution requirements are based on years of service
  • Employees can make additional voluntary contributions
  • Employees choose how contributions are invested
