Although officially retired, Gerry continues to contribute through consulting and mentoring, while channeling his passion for woodworking and property improvements at his cabin in Hope, BC. Gerry, your quirky personality, and innovative ideas will be greatly missed. We wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement.

Jean Francois Davignon: Elevating Success

Over the course of a remarkable 25-year friendship, Francois has played a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of our technicians. His invaluable contribution extends beyond the technical realm, as he generously shares his expertise on elevators and serves as a mentor, guiding our team toward success.

Expanding Our Operational Capacity: A Major Milestone in Agassiz

Furthermore, we have expanded our operational footprint with the acquisition of 4,100 square feet of dedicated shop space in Agassiz, specifically earmarked for equipment repairs and maintenance. Notably, by the end of December, we accomplished a major milestone by completing the transition of our yard from Abbotsford to Agassiz, marking a significant step in our continual pursuit of operational excellence.

Introducing Innovative Digital Platforms for Enhanced Customer Experience

In our continual endeavour to innovate and provide exceptional services, we excitedly launched two new websites his past year – a dedicated training website and an online shop for wind safety devices.

Our training portal, Bigfoot Crane Academy, offers comprehensive courses, allowing clients to book and partake in specialized training programs at their convenience.

Concurrently, our online shop, Bigfoot Crane Shop, provides an accessible platform for purchasing top-quality wind safety devices, while also being poised to introduce additional products in the future. These digital ventures represent our commitment to leveraging technology for enhanced customer engagement and service delivery.
