In recognition of Safety and Health Week, held May 3rd to 9th and formerly known as NAOSH Week, Bigfoot Crane Company hosted a team safety contest to help keep workplace safety top of mind.
Safety and Health Week is an important time to recognize the role each person plays in creating safer, healthier work environments. It encourages workers and employers to focus on preventing injuries, identifying hazards, and building a stronger safety culture across every jobsite and workplace.
To support this initiative, our team was invited to take part in a safety photo contest. Employees were encouraged to submit photos showing either a “job well done” or a “that’s not right” moment. The goal was simple: get everyone thinking about safety, recognizing good practices, and spotting areas where improvements can be made.
At Bigfoot Crane Company, safety is more than a requirement. It is part of how we work, how we support our teams, and how we help keep jobsites moving safely.
