Inside Sales Representative

Our business includes rentals, sales and service for Self-Erecting Tower Cranes, Traditional Tower Cranes, Construction Hoists and Rooftop Derrick Cranes. We are a “roll up your sleeves” and “pitch in” kind of place, cultivating a united team environment. We actively promote a culture of honesty, integrity and preciseness.


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for successful day to day rental and sales of the company’s crane accessories, including underhook attachments and wind safety systems. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly and annual basis. The ability to maintain current customer account relationships as well as building new customer relationships is a key requirement of the position.

The incumbent must be customer service focused and driven to meet or exceed expectations of all customers; both internally and externally. The candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, listening, and communication skills as well as an in-depth knowledge and application of standards and regulations pertaining to our specific industry.
