We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and mechanically inclined professional to take ownership of daily operations for our Underhook Attachments (UHA) division.

This role is primarily warehouse-based and responsible for the full physical flow of UHA rentals, sales shipments, inspections, and inventory readiness. During lower-volume periods, the role provides administrative and sales support to the Product Manager and assists other warehouse functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and mechanically savvy, able to manage warehouse operations for Underhook Attachments while providing effective administrative and sales support to the Product Manager, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Underhook Attachments Operations:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound UHA rentals, sales shipments, and transfers
  • Conduct detailed rental inspections (inbound and outbound), including photo documentation and condition reporting
  • Ensure inspection documentation and shipping records are uploaded accurately and within required timelines
  • Clean, tag, and prepare equipment for shipment or return-to-stock
  • Maintain showroom/demo readiness, ensuring product presentation is professional and tour-ready
  • Process shipments and returns in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Coordinate freight arrangements and ensure all required documentation accompanies shipments
  • Report equipment damage or discrepancies promptly to the Product Manager
  • Maintain appropriate levels of shipping materials and supplies
  • Support container receipts and larger shipment coordination when required

 

Sales & Administrative Support:

  • Generating purchase orders, sales orders, and rental contracts in Dynamics 365
  • Obtaining freight quotes and coordinating logistics with vendors and customers
  • Assisting with CRM updates and lead follow-up
  • Preparing repair reports and damage estimates
  • Schedule and maintain records of product inspections for new and used equipment
  • Assist with inventory counts and incoming shipments
  • Coordinate and prepare orders from the online sales platform
  • Assisting the Product Manager with customer communication and operational coordination
  • Providing trained coverage for the Product Manager during absences

 

Shared Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Uphold warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections (forklift pre-trips, hazard assessments)
  • Collaborate with the Parts & Warehouse Assistant during high-volume periods
  • Assist other warehouse functions as operational needs require
  • 1+ years experience in warehouse operations, equipment logistics, or a related industrial environment
  • Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of tools and equipment systems
  • Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment (or willingness to certify)
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required; ERP/CRM experience preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments
  • Capable of working independently and making sound operational decisions
