The successful candidate will report to the Training Academy Manager and be responsible for ensuring the academy’s administrative, sales, and operational aspects run smoothly. Your peace of mind is important to us, which is why Bigfoot team members and their immediate family (spouse/significant other & children) are eligible for full benefits after three months of continuous employment. Employees pay premiums for Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), and Life Insurance. This means you won’t be taxed if you ever have to draw on one of them. Employee premiums are prorated and deducted on a bi-weekly payroll deduction. Bigfoot pays all remaining premiums.
